What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Soleggiato e signorile appartamento in zona di vie private tutte chiuse da recinzione, quindi adatto a bambini, ci sono vari custodi nel comprensorio, c'è anche una sala giochi comune per i bambini. Due posti auto scoperti e disponibilità box auto.
Riscaldamento autonomo, caldaia nuova, due camere da letto ampie, salone grande cucina abitabile, guardaroba, aria condizionata in sala e corridoio. Non ammessi fumatori né animali domestici. Affittasi esclusivamente a lavoratrici/tori a tempo indeterminato. Tutto incluso, deposito due mesi, pulizia extra. Solo referenziati.

This spacious 110 m² apartment on Via Privata Fonzaso, San Siro, is flooded with light throughout the spacious living areas. The bathroom is stylishly clad in blue tiles and has a large bathtub, and the kitchen is equipped with modern appliances.
This apartment is located in the large residential neighbourhood of San Siro. There are 2 supermarkets within a 10-minute walk from the apartment, as are various local restaurants and a bank. If you want to explore further afield, the metro is only 4-minutes walk.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and full-size refrigerator.
- The floor has a stylish mosaic design.
- The apartment is close to transport and supermarkets.
- There is both heating and AC to keep you comfortable throughout the year.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no in-built oven, but there is a microwave oven.
- By Italian law, the heating temperature can not exceed 21 °
