This 1-bedroom apartment available to rent is newly renovated and stylish. The interior entrance faces a courtyard. It has a new kitchen in a shared space with the living room, perfect for entertaining! It's located on the second floor in a building without an elevator. The double bedroom has lots of storage for all of your luggage!
The location is fantastic in the well-known and popular Citta Studi. It is close to two major Universities in Milan, while till being central - it's only a quick and easy 5-minute walk to Politecnico di Milano.There are ample University services next door, as well as a public swimming pool and fitness centre. There is also green space within walking distance and many of those famous Italian coffee bars.

- You'll be surrounded by academics and the liveliness of students.
- It's well connected and a major part of the city.
- Natural light floods through the property - it's beautiful!
- You'll be comfortable at home in the stylish and new apartment that looks into a courtyard.
