Si trova a tre minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro rossa M.UNO- LIMA in un quartiere centrale e con ogni servizio.
Al piano terra si trovano il bagno finestrato con doccia, il cucinotto con lavatrice, la zona salotto e pranzo; salendo le scale; sul soppalco abitabile che arriva ad un'altezza di duecentosettanta cm, si trova la camera da letto ed un'ampia cabina armadio. Le pulizie finali al checkout hanno un costo di cento €; nel costo mensile per l’acqua è compreso anche il costo per il condominio (portineria, ascensore e assicurazione).
