This spacious and comfortable one-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of a typical old style building in good conditions.
Upon entering, you’ll find a small entryway.
Straight ahead from the entryway, you’ll find the open-plan living room with a kitchenette, complete with gas burners and a microwave. The living area includes a comfortable double sofa bed and opens onto a balcony overlooking an unused property-owned courtyard. Here, the only activity is the parking of two cars belonging to the property owner, who lives in the same building with her family.
The bedroom is spacious and furnished with two single beds that can be combined to form a double bed, a large wardrobe, a desk and a window facing the street. Thanks to quality windows, the room is well soundproofed.
To the right from the entryway is the bathroom, equipped with a shower, a window, and a washing machine.
Air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom.
Please note, while an elevator is available, it stops at a different floor, so one short flight of stairs is required to reach the apartment.

Fortnightly
Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.
