Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings. Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The activation period and the daily activation duration depend on the climate zone defined by law. Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.
