Bright one-bedroom apartment with an internal courtyard view, very quiet. Located in a strategic area just a few steps from Bocconi University, this apartment is perfect for both students and professionals.

The apartment opens into a living area with a comfortable sofa bed, a Smart TV, and a dining table for four. The modern, fully equipped kitchenette includes an induction cooktop, fridge with freezer, microwave, and coffee machine – ideal even for longer stays.
The bedroom faces the internal courtyard and is very quiet. It is furnished with a double bed, two spacious wardrobes, and two bedside tables. The bathroom features a practical shower, bidet, hairdryer, and washing machine.

The Tax Code (Codice Fiscale) is mandatory for registering the temporary lease agreement and must be obtained at the Embassy or the Italian Revenue Agency within 30 days of arrival to avoid penalties.
