L'appartamento è molto luminoso grazie alle ampie finestre che si affacciano sulla vivace Vincenzo Monti. La cucina è completamente accessoriata, dotata di elettrodomestici e utensili di alta qualità. La camera da letto offre un letto matrimoniale e un ampio armadio. La sala dispone di un pratico divano.
La casa è di recente ristrutturazione. Inoltre, vi è la presenza di un Terrazzo abbastanza ampio e perfetto per godersi delle giornate splendide.
CONTRATTO DI AFFITTO:
- È obbligatorio avere un Codice Fiscale valido per poter firmare il contratto di affitto;
- Il contratto di affitto deve essere firmato prima dell’entrata in appartamento, altrimenti non saremo in grado di effettuare il check-in nei tempi accordati;
