It is located on the first floor of a well-maintained building with doorman service. Upon entering the apartment, you are welcomed into the living room, furnished with a double sofa bed and a TV. The brand-new, fully equipped kitchen includes a distinctive red Smeg fridge, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, table and chairs, and ample storage cupboards. Each of the three bedrooms is furnished with a 120 cm wide double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a desk, making the apartment ideal for students or young professionals. From the living room, you can access the first bedroom. A corridor leads to the bathroom, equipped with a shower, washing machine, and window, as well as to the other two bedrooms.
