Composto da due locali di cui una sala con divano divano letto grande tavolo una camera da letto con letti doppi un piccolo balcone con vista sul Duomo dotato di bagno privato con finestra aria condizionata entrambi locali la metropolitana si trova a pochi metri siamo in una posizione strategica per muoversi all’interno della città. Spotahome's opinion
This 1-bedroom apartment in Fiera Milano is very welcoming and perfect for a single or a couple. We love the views from the many terrace/balcony (which is to be shared with the landlord) that this apartment has and it sure if a conversation started as you look over the city skyline. We also love that the living room has 2 large couches, perfect for entertaining and hosting guest. There is a also a breakfast bar.
The bedroom has slanted roofs, a double bed, with drawers, TV, shelves and a door leading out into a private small balcony. The kitchen, though small and no oven, has everything that you need. It leads to the huge terrace. The bathroom is functional with sink, mirror, and shower. It has high windows which lets in a lot of natural light.
Fiera Milano is a well-connected area on the east side of the city. You can walk to City Life, which is the business centre or towards Sempione Park, which has a tower, aquarium, theatre & municipal library. The closest Carrefour Express is on Via S. Siro and there are several restaurants and cafes nearby.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has two terraces and one small balcony from the bedroom. Great outdoor space and there is so much potential for BBQ's, urban picnics etc.
- It is located on the top 9th floor with lifts that has the greatest view of the city.
- The apartment is very well furnished, clean and tidy.
