If necessary, you can shorten your stay with one calendar month's notice. However, in this case, you will be required to reimburse the commissions we, as landlord, have already paid to HA (HA applies commissions calculated over the entire rental period which are charged to us the first day of your stay). Conversely, if you book shorter periods and wish to extend your stay, you can always do so free of charge.
