Modern and functional two-room apartment of about 45 square meters, recently renovated, located on the 1st floor of an elegant building with concierge service and elevator. The entrance leads to the living area consisting of a kitchen with induction hob and equipped with all appliances, dining table, and relax area with sofa bed for guests and smart TV. The bedroom is double and the bathroom has a shower.
The apartment is quiet, bright, independently heated, and equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning. Located in the central Corso Sempione overlooking the beautiful Parco Sempione, the green lung of Milan, the location is strategic: not far from Cadorna – FS Station, Metro red line M1 and green line M2, and Malpensa Express departure point, perfect for reaching the city center and Brera in just a few minutes. A residential yet lively area, well served by commercial activities (shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacies). Perfect for reaching the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, the University Statale of Milano, and the Marangoni Institute. Energy class: under assignment.
