This a spacious 1-bedroom apartment with a real open-plan feel. The property is dominated by a large living room, dining and kitchen area, and also has a double bedroom and a stylish tiled bathroom. The apartment also has its own private garden - always a plus in sunny Milan.
The living room comes fully furnished with a sofa and flat screen television. You also get a simple dining table and chairs, plus a desk and bookshelf perfect for reading in the corner! the kitchen area is also situated here, and comes with a modern-look cupboards and drawers, an oven, a gas stove and plenty of storage space for crockery, cutlery and other appliances.
At the end of the corridor you will find the double bedroom, with a massive double bed and long windows to let in plenty of natural light. The room also has 2 bedside cabinets and a standalone wardrobe, plus AC and heating units. Finally, the bathroom has a tall radiator for hanging towels, a sink, toilet and bidet, and a beautiful shower.
Gratosoglio is a quiet suburb to the south of Milan, with plenty of transport links to the city centre and the promise of a peaceful life. Perfect to enjoy the private garden, we think!
