This recently renovated 50 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent provides a cozy home ideal for a couple or an individual. On the 1st floor, you enter the apartment through a small patio/balcony overlooking the interior courtyard and find a stylish kitchen and living room. There is a couch, dining table, breakfast corner, and a fully equipped kitchen corner. To your left you have the bathroom and to your right a small corridor that doubles as a laundry area and leads you to the bedroom.
Sarpi is better known as Milan's Chinatown and will be your paradise if you love Asian cuisine. An interior apartment, you get the benefit of a more quiet atmosphere with the shop-lined streets just around the corner. On nearby Via Paolo Sarpi, you will find plenty of shops and basic amenities, as well as numerous restaurants.
What we liked the most
- The AC units will keep you nice and cool during Milan summers.
- You can park your bike in the building's interior courtyard.
- Matteo, our homechecker, liked the decor and the location!
- We love the practical use of the corridor as the laundry area.
- You have the beautiful Parco Sempione a 15-minute walk away.
