Recently renovated apartment in a typical Milanese “casa di ringhiera” overlooking Naviglio Pavese. Just a two-minute walk from the lively Darsena and Navigli (restaurants, bars, vintage shops) and from San Gottardo, a residential area with supermarkets and all kinds of shops. Close to Bocconi, the city center and major landmarks.
The apartment is my primary residence but during the rental it will be for your exclusive use. I will not live in the apartment, though I may occasionally stop by if needed (for maintenance, assistance, or to collect personal belongings from my private room, which will remain locked).
The rented space includes:
• A spacious and bright bedroom overlooking the canal with a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and optional desk.
• An en-suite bathroom with large shower, bidet and everything you need.
• An open-space living room and kitchen designed for comfort and functionality.
• A fully equipped laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
• A studio with large desk, ergonomic chair, wardrobe, dresser and a convertible sofa.
Perfect for a couple who need some personal space extra, or who like to host friends sporadically!
