This charming traditional home has been recently renovated, and is available to rent in Corsica. The apartment has a large, open-concept kitchen and living area, and is well furnished and equipped throughout. From here you have access to the balcony, which overlooks a peaceful internal courtyard. The bathroom is modern, with brand new fittings, and the bedroom is, like the living area, spacious and bright.
Corsica is a desirable area of the city. Viale Corsica is a busy street, lined with shopping along its length, and nearby you have the fashionable Porta Vittoria district, as well as Città Studi to the north. Outside of Viale Corsica, the district itself is mainly residential, and is full of local colour, including some great bars and restaurants with a community feel.
What we liked the most
- We love the spacious, open plan living room and kitchen. It has been renovated and modernised, but retains a traditional feel.
- The bathroom has all-new fittings, including a new shower with a rainfall showerhead, for the ultimate in relaxation.
- For the best in community vibes, and community-lead living, check out Cooperativa La LIberazione. It's green, it's relaxed, and the food gets a great big thumbs up from the residents. Frankly, we're jealous that you'll be living near there and we won't.
