[ITA] L’appartamento, sito al secondo piano senza ascensore in un palazzo d’epoca degli anni dieci del 900, è stato oggetto di ristrutturazione. Pavimenti in cementine d’epoca, parquet con posa a spina milanese, pareti scrostate e con lavorazioni materiche, carte da parati d’autore sono alcune delle peculiarità che caratterizzano l’architettura d’interni dell’appartamento.
L’appartamento è composto da un ingresso con corridoio, tipico delle abitazioni d’epoca milanesi, una cucina abitabile, due camere da letto doppie (presenti divani singoli ad uso matrimoniale - una delle due stanze da letto è fornita di comodi divani letto che permettono di utilizzare la stanza anche come zona living) con balconcini, uno spazio adibito ad *ufficio/showroom e un bagno. Una selezione di artworks sottolinea il dialogo tra architettura e arte di questo spazio.

[ENG] The flat, located on the second floor without a lift in a period building dating back to the 1910s, has been renovated. Period cementine floors, parquet with Milanese herringbone laying, peeling and textured walls, and designer wallpapers are some of the peculiarities that characterise the interior architecture of the flat.
The flat consists of an entrance hall with a corridor, typical of Milanese period homes, an eat-in kitchen, two double bedrooms (one of the two bedrooms is equipped with comfortable sofa beds that allow the room to also be used as a living area) with small balconies, an office/showroom space and a bathroom. A selection of artworks underlines the dialogue between architecture and art in this space.

NB. After the booking is confirmed, you will be contacted directly by Spotahome's local partner managing the property. They will request payment of the security deposit and the first month's utilities (if these are not included in the rent paid on Spotahome). You will also receive instructions on how to proceed with signing the contract.

Fortnightly
Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.
Please be advised that this property is professionally managed. Rent payments are to be issued directly to the landlord; however, all secondary charges—including utilities and the security deposit—must be paid to the company.
