COMPOSIZIONE IMMOBILE
Loft indipendente all’interno di un caratteristico immobile di ringhiera tenuto benissimo e molto pulito. La casa si espande su un piano terra (zona giorno open space con cucina, bagno, salotto con camino e scala che porta alla zona notte. Il Primo piano ha due camera da letto, una patronale e l’altra una stanzetta, bagno e zona TV. Una scala porta su una terrazza di copertura ben attrezzata e interamente piantumata.
UTENZE Le utenze ammontano a 120 € mensili. In caso di eccesso gli extra saranno dedotti dal deposito cauzionale.
DEPOSITO CAUZIONALE Per affitti inferiori a 6 mesi il deposito cauzionale ammonta a € 3.000,00. Per affitti superiori a 6 mesi il deposito cauzionale ammonta a € 6.000,00.
PROPERTY COMPOSITION
Independent loft inside a characteristic railing building, very well kept and very clean. The house expands on a ground floor (open space living area with kitchen, bathroom, living room with fireplace and staircase leading to the sleeping area. The First floor has two bedrooms, one master bedroom and the other a small room, bathroom and TV area. A staircase leads to a well-equipped and fully planted roof terrace.
UTILITIES Utilities amount to €120 per month. In case of excess, the extras will be deducted from the security deposit
SECURITY DEPOSIT For rentals of less than 6 months the security deposit amounts to €3,000.00. For rentals longer than 6 months the security deposit amounts to €6,000.00..
