Dotato di riscaldamento autonomo , A/C, WI-FI , Sky TV, Domotica e Box privato ( su richiesta ) di fronte all'appartamento. Spazio esterno condiviso per momenti di relax. In zona si trovano le nuove terme De Montel, Supermercato Esselunga, farmacia e panettiere raggiungibili piedi. La zona e' tranquilla e residenziale, abitata anche da ex calciatori di serie A che facilmente si incontrano in giro, possibilita' di fare jogging al parco di Trenno molto frequentato dai runners. La zona San Siro adatta a chi cerca tranquillita' vicino al verde ma a due passi dal centro e City Life.
