The main living area is the eat-in kitchen that comes fully equipped and opens up onto a balcony. Although there are 2 bedrooms, one of the bedrooms has a sofa bed that allows you to also use it as a living room.

Bande Nere is a small district less than 20 minutes away from the city center. If you enjoy being surrounded by diversity, you will love Band Nere, known for being multi-cultural and having plenty of international restaurants. You are also next to other great neighborhoods such as Washington and De Angeli, perfect for shopping and going out.

What we liked the most

  • There are 2 balconies, which keep the apartment bright and fresh.
  • Bedroom 2 has a sofa bed, so can also be used as a living room!
  • There is central AC to keep you cool during summer.
  • You are surrounded by small parks and amenities.
