Cozy two-bedroom and two-bathroom apartment recently built located in the heart of the Navigli. The entrance of the building is located in a private garden. The apartment is on the second floor, the bedrooms view the garden and are insulated against cold and noise with state of the art triple-glass windows. It has a small terrace with view on the canal. The apartment is fully equipped with induction kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning. A parking may be available on request.
Students shall prove their University enrolment. Thos from outside the EU shall provide permit of stay and collateral guarantee

The apartment has a sunny living room with gorgeous wood floors, where you can relax on the cozy couch and watch TV, or step outside onto the balcony for some fresh air on a nice day. The kitchen has everything you'll need to cook up a storm, including an oven and a dishwasher for quick cleanups after dinner.
Both bedrooms have lots of natural light, and each is well-furnished with a large double bed and plenty of storage space for all your things. The apartment has 2 full bathrooms, making shared living easy.
You'll be living in Navigli, 1 of Milan's most central, vibrant, and popular neighborhoods. You'll have it all around here-- trendy restaurants, cafes, bars, pizzerias, and shops are on every corner in Navigli. And, with Porta Genova Station just a short walk from the property, you'll never be far from anything in Milan!
