A modern 1-bedroom apartment with a lovely balcony and AC is available to rent in Lorenteggio. The apartment has a sunny living room, where you can relax on the cozy couch after a long day out on the town. The open-plan kitchen has everything you'll need to cook up a storm, while the charming bedroom is well-furnished with a large double bed. In the bathroom, you'll find a sizable shower, a heated towel rack, and a washing machine for easy laundry days.
You'll be living in Lorenteggio, a well-connected and tranquil neighborhood to the west of Milan's city center. Around the area, you'll find lots of restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, shops, and parks to enjoy. And, with a Metro station right up the road, you'll never be far from anything in Milan!

- The apartment is stylish has been recently renovated.
- The balcony is lovely.
- With AC at home, hot Milanese summers will be cool!
