What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Large loft (on two levels) and comfortable. Super quiet, located in Piazza della Repubblica. A few dozen meters walk from the three main metro lines of the city. Context Very quiet. Located on the ground floor of a small stately building completely renovated last year. The neighbors are nice and in the street there are several ethnic restaurants that make the neighborhood safe and pleasant to live even in the evening. You don’t rent to smokers unless they smoke at home. Ideal for those who want to live in the center but also for those who, given the proximity to the central station, as well as the three metro, want to work in Milan. The central station is minutes walk. In the area (a few meters away) there are several supermarkets open until late. There is no shortage of bars and nightclubs. The car park is easily found day and night, however being a road not passing traffic. The context of the loft is vintaFanno background skyline of Diamantone and the skyscrapers of Porta Nuova. ge/ modern and the plus are the silence and tranquility of the building and the inner courtyard that is intended for access only to the loft and two other apartments so safe and quiet.
