L'appartamento si trova al piano primo interno al cortile, molto silenzioso e molto luminoso, ben servito dai mezzi pubblici per raggiungere il centro di Milano (tram con fermata sotto casa) di recente è stato ristrutturato, quartiere e condominio molto tranquillo, servito da locali commerciali, supermercati, farmacia e ristorante sotto casa, appartamento accogliente adatto per studenti e/o coppia essendo leggermente fuori la cerchia di Milano, ma ben collegato dove si puo' godere di tanto verde con parchi nelle vicinanze con possibilità di parcheggio libero
