- During the check-in, you will sign a tenancy agreement and will be filed in the city hall (stamp duty of €16 and 2% of the rent with a minimum of €67). There are exemptions in tax withholding cases (cedolare secca).

- Utility bills are included in rent, however there is daily limit on consumption.
- The landlord will check the consumption at the end of the stay and in case of excess it will be charged as follows: €0.50/kWh (electricity), €1/mc (gas).
