Most likely. It's newly refurbished and has recently fitted appliances. The orange splashes of colour throughout give this apartment a unique twist.

You get a cool dining table with black and white images on top. Oh, and yes, the chairs are an orange colour to boot.
We think this place would be ideal for a professional couple who doesn't mind living 15 minutes away from Milan’s centre by train.

- We love that the living area offers a nostalgic-style dining table and a stylish cream-coloured sofa, too.
- From the bedroom you can walk out onto your private balcony. Very cool. Or hot (in the summer).
- You could be the first to use the new fridge-freezer in the recently-fitted kitchen.
But you need to know this...
- The balcony looks onto an interior courtyard, not the street. However, it’s great to get a breath of fresh air. And anyway, there’s a pretty street view on the other side_._

This is a 1st floor, 1-bedroom apartment on Via Archimede, Milan.
We think this is a funky spot. It’s not in central Milan, but close enough to be able to pop in when needed. The kitchen’s newly refurbished and includes a dishwasher to make things easier.
What we liked the most
- Chatting and dining with friends around the creative dining table. That’s making a statement, right?
- Stretching on your own private balcony in the morning. Great to start the day.
- Trying out the kitchen appliances for the first time. Better make sure they’re plugged in.
Things to keep in mind
- The landlord has told us that the kitchen will be fully equipped for the first tenants. You'll get the complete deal with this open-plan, modern kitchen.
