The house was completely renovated six years ago. The heating is underfloor, triple-glazed windows and it stays cool in the summer.
Composed of two large double bedrooms, both with double beds, one with a bunk bed. Both with a four-door wardrobe and a study corner.
Large bathroom with double sink, chromatic shower and laundry area with washing machine.
The apartment is on the second floor. There is no elevator.
Electric hob.
Air conditioning in the living room.
Downstairs there is a restaurant, dry cleaners and hairdressers. A few steps away there is a bakery.
The subway and the shopping center are an eight-minute walk away.

We think this is an ideal spot for an on-the-go student or professional looking for a place that's super practical.

This is a nice 2nd floor, 2-bedroom apartment on Via Rizzardi, Milan. It's bright, it's got every essential appliance, and you'll only have to share with 1 other person— what's not to like?
The location is nice— you'll have a huge park to enjoy nearby, as well as all the restaurants, cafes, pizzerias, and shops you could want. Perfect.
