This is a charming 1st floor, 1-bedroom apartment on Via Giuseppe Piermarini, Milan. It's new, it's got AC, and it has cool exposed-brick touches to enjoy— all the makings of a happy city home.

The location is fabulous— you'll be just steps from Milan's gorgeous Parco Sempione, as well as all the restaurants, cafes, pizzerias, and shops you could ever want. Excellent.
