This is a 3rd-floor, 1-bedroom apartment on Via Varesina in Milan. It has an open-plan living room and kitchen with a balcony leading off it as well as the bonus of AC and a washer and dryer.
It is perfect for a professional couple wanting to be somewhere relaxed and within commuting distance of the centre, or a student couple wanting to be close to Milan Politecnico La Masa. Smokers can do so on the balcony - yay.
What we liked the most
- Cranking up the AC come summer - phew.
- Going for weekend strolls in nearby Parco Monte Stella - nature cures all ills.
- Doing laundry without loosing your mind - a washer and dryer makes it simple.
Things to keep in mind
- There's no dishwasher - but washing up by hand burns calories :)
