The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances : water boiler, fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, and oven. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with wifi, television, washing machine, and lift. It's also equipped with hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels and bed linen for the whole duration of your stay. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city.     • For properties in Rome ONLY: a daily tourist tax of € 3,50 per person will be required for the first 10 days (in case of longer stay, to pay again after one year of rent)
  • Check-in/out:
    • Check-in hours: 15:00-21:00
    • Check-out hours: before 11:00
    • Initial and final cleaning fee: €175 and up (as mentioned in "pricing"), payable upon booking confirmation

  • Required documentation:
    • ID / Passport
    • You are required to have a Codice Fiscale (tax code) in order to sign the rental agreement (++how do I apply?++). Please, note that tenants without a Codice Fiscale won't be able to check-in.

Make a booking requestWith just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
Get an answer in 24h or lessThe Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move inArrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
