IMPORTANT: This property manager will require you to sign a rental contract , drawn up according to Italian law and approved by the trade associations for the protection of owners and tenants. Each contract reflects the conditions contained in the Spotahome booking confirmation. It must be signed on arrival and without subscription the house keys will not be delivered.
