We think you will make some great memories living here. The ideal spot for friends to share, this is a comfy, conveniently located spot.

- New, new, new- when you move in there will be a new sofa and washing machine.
- Spacious- this place has plenty of space and storage, so keeping it clean won't be a problem.
- Communications- there are tram stops within a stone's throw of the property, so you won't have a problem getting around.

This is a 1st floor, 1-bedroom apartment on Via Volvinio, Milan. Comprised of the bedroom, a bathroom, kitchen area and living space. Although not complete upon our visit, the property is well-maintained and is soon to be fully furnished with everything you need to call this home.
It is perfect for students who are looking to share just south of the city. Well-connected and in a vibrant area, this is the ideal spot for socialable students. It also helps that the Bocconi University is only 15 minutes away by tram.
What we liked the most
- Soaking in the lovely city vibe from the exterior balcony.
- Roaming the beautiful streets of Milan after a long day.
- Socialising with housemates in the comfortable living area.
