Area This magnificent two-bedroom apartment is the right compromise between city and privacy. A few steps from the center, the apartment is well connected thanks to the various means of transport available such as trams and buses. The area in which it is located is full of services such as supermarkets and pharmacies, restaurants and clubs. In addition, there is also a large park nearby (Parco Vittoriano Formentano), perfect for relaxing walks. Services in the area include:

- Living room and kitchen The two bedroom apartment consists of a large living area with an open-plan kitchen. The living room consists of a colorful and large sofa bed, next to which there is a white bookcase. In addition, in the day area there is a table with a wooden top and four chairs where you can comfortably enjoy your lunch or dinner. The living room opens out to a small and charming balcony. The kitchen features all the necessary amenities, including an oven, a microwave and a refrigerator. In addition, it also comes with an island featuring an induction hob. Bedrooms and bathrooms The first bedroom has a graceful style. It features two single beds, which can be joined in a comfortable double bed, framed by a large built-in wardrobe with several doors. Next to them is a desk, useful as a work or study space. The second bedroom has a spacious double bed and a beautiful built-in wardrobe, perfect for long-term stays. The first bathroom has wooden elements and features all comforts, including a modern and spacious shower. The second bathroom is in the second bedroom, has wooden furniture and is equipped with all sanitary fittings. Here too there is a big, functional shower.
