Area This magnificent two-bedroom apartment is the right compromise between city and privacy. A few steps from the center, the apartment is well connected thanks to the various means of transport available such as trams and buses. The area in which it is located is full of services such as supermarkets and pharmacies, restaurants and clubs. In addition, there is also a large park nearby (Parco Vittoriano Formentano), perfect for relaxing walks. Services in the area include:

The living room consists of a colorful and large sofa bed, next to which there is a white bookcase. In addition, in the day area there is a table with a wooden top and four chairs where you can comfortably enjoy your lunch or dinner. The living room opens out to a small and charming balcony. The kitchen features all the necessary amenities, including an oven, a microwave and a refrigerator. In addition, it also comes with an island featuring an induction hob. Bedrooms and bathrooms The first bedroom has a graceful style. It features two single beds, which can be joined in a comfortable double bed, framed by a large built-in wardrobe with several doors.     How to book

    The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
    Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
    Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
    If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
