This apartment is located in Milan city centre, close to Piazza Cinque Giornate, and it is well served by public transports, such as buses and trams. Moreover, being close to Milan Dateo station means that you can easily travel both inside Milan and to the suburbs. In the neighbourhood there are plenty of services, including supermarkets, pharmacies, clubs and restaurants, all within 500 meters. Services in the area include a Carrefour Express supermarket (Via Bezzecca, 10 at 200 meters), the Monte Nero Pharmacy (Viale Monte Nero, 59 at 500 meters) and an Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. bank (Via Spartaco, 12 at 200 meters).
Living room and kitchen The flat opens onto a spacious living area with contemporary furniture and a state-of-the-art kitchen. In the living room there is an oversize sofa bed, a flat screen TV framed by a huge bookcase and a table with six chairs, perfectly matching the modern theme of the room. The kitchen is fully fitted with top-quality appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher) and comes with a luxury island with an induction hob and a double bowl sink. Moreover, the day area benefits from ample natural light coming from the many windows.
A long corridor takes to the night area, which is composed of two bedrooms. The first bedroom has white elements and features two single beds - to be combined in a double bed - a desk with two chairs and a spacious wardrobe with several doors. Also the second bedroom is mainly white and comprises some wooden pieces of furniture, a comfortable double bed, two bedside tables and a wall closet with plenty of space for clothes and personal belongings.
There are two bathrooms: the first one comes with some wood details, a functional shower stall and all comforts; the second one, which has a matching style, is equipped with a bathtub and a mirror.
