Area This lovely flat with one bedroom is placed moments from the red metro line (station Bande Nere), so that you can easily reach the main points of interest of the city. The city center and the major sights, such as the Duomo, the Museum of the 20th century and the Castello Sforzesco, are at hand. In addition, the flat is close to the Milan ring road, which guarantees easy access to public transport. In the area you find plenty of services: for example, several supermarkets, pharmacies, parking lots, restaurants and clubs are within 500 meters. This is the perfect mix of comfort and tranquility with a touch of Milan’s irresistible nightlife. In the vicinity you will find a Carrefour Express supermarket (viale Pisa 10, 100 meters), the Fra Galgario pharmacy (via Forze Armate 4, 200 meters) and an Intesa Sanpaolo bank branch (Piazzale Giovanni delle Bande Nere 10, 150 meters). Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
