Area This lovely one bedroom flat benefits from a prime location in the Moscova area, on the ninth floor of a refined building. You are in the city centre, moments from some of the main attractions of Milan, such as Parco Sempione, Castello Sforzesco and the Duomo. Being so central and close to the Moscova stop (green metro line ) means that you can move easily around the city. Moreover, some buses and trams also stop here and provide extra access to the most important sights. In the neighbourhood you find everything you need, such as supermarkets, clubs and restaurants (approx. 500 meters). Some examples:
- Carrefour Express supermarket - Via Carlo Maria Maggi, 10 (400 meters)
- Raimondi pharmacy - Largo la Foppa, 1 (350 meters)
- Fineco bank - Piazzale Biancamano, 2 Living room and kitchen The flat opens out to the spacious living area, which comprises a comfortable sofa bed, a black armchair and, in front of the sofa, a flat-screen TV. The living room comes complete with a small balcony overlooking the Duomo and the ‘Madonnina’, the City Life towers and the skyscrapers of Piazza Gae Aulenti. The separate kitchen offers everything you need to cook for family and friends (oven, fridge, etc.) and a modern table with four chairs. Bedroom and bathroom The bedroom is next to the living area: it comprises a comfortable double bed and a cabinet with a bookcase. In addition, the room features a small table and a chest of drawers. You will get ample views of the district and plenty of natural light thanks to the large window. The bathroom has white decoration and is equipped with all comforts, including a shower stall.

- During the check-in, you will sign a tenancy agreement and will be filed in the city hall (stamp duty of €16 and 1% of the rent with a minimum of €67). There are exemptions in tax withholding cases (cedolare secca).

Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
