Area The flat is in Gioia district, very well served by public transports and only 400 meters from tram stop 5 that allows you to move around Milan easily. In the vicinity there are plenty of supermarkets and bars, as well as a peaceful alley lined with sycamores where you can enjoy relaxing walks. Some of the services of the area include a Carrefour express supermarket (Via Edolo, 26, 20125, Milano) at 200 meters, the Barni Di Barni Marzio pharmacy (Via Fratelli Lumière, 2, 20127, Milano) at 390 meters, and an Intesa San Paolo spa bank (Viale Lunigiana, 22, 20125 Milano), at 100 meters. Living room and kitchen The day area offers plenty of space and is filled with light. There are white walls and dark parquet floors that give the room a welcoming feel together with a great attention to details. The living room comes with a sofa bed and a functional dining table; in addition, it’s very sunny thanks to the balcony window. The eat-in kitchen is spacious, features a simple color palette, including gray-tiled flooring, and it comes equipped with everything you need to cook for family and friends. Bedrooms The double bedroom is provided with a spacious wardrobe and a balcony window that guarantees plenty of natural light. The guest bedroom comes with a big closet and a pull out bed. The night area has a simple color palette with contrasting wooden flooring. Bathroom The bathroom is placed beside the kitchen and is provided with a shower stall, a brown cabinet that adds contrast to the all-white fixture and walls: it’s a perfect match with the general style of the flat.
