L’appartamento è ampio e luminoso, completamente arredato con pavimenti in parquet, composto da: ingresso su un arioso soggiorno con divano letto, tavolo da pranzo allungabile, televisione e mobili di arredo, che accede su un bel terrazzino soleggiato e silenzioso, vista cielo. La cucina, completamente accessoriata, con porta finestra sul terrazzo, è composta da fuochi frigorifero, forno, freezer e lavastoviglie. Completa la casa una spaziosa camera matrimoniale con cassettiere, oltre stanza cabina armadio; un bagno finestrato completo con doccia, phon, bidet e lavatrice. La casa è dotata anche di Wi fi illimitato, porta blindata, videocitofono, riscaldamento autonomo, aria condizionata. Box auto, su richiesta. Fermate bus e metro vicine. Canone € 1350 + 180 (spese condominiali, acqua e wi fii illimitato). Luce e gas autonomo, a consumo.
