Appartamento ristrutturato in edificio elegante posto proprio all'uscita della fermata Rovereto della metropolitana linea rossa. Zona della città fornita di negozi, bar, locali pub, ristoranti, pizzerie e supermercati. A pochi metri si trova un'area verde chiamata parco Trotter. L'appartamento si trova al primo piano e nell'edificio è presente l'ascensore. L'appartamento è composto da : cucina abitabile con accesso a un grande terrazzo (utilizzabile come area relax e anche eventualmente per colazione, pranzo e cena nei mesi da marzo a novembre), camera da letto con balcone esposto sul viale Monza, un bagno grande con vasca da bagno e possibilità doccia e anche un secondo locale bagno piccolo di servizio. I pavimenti sono tutti in marmo e le finiture sono pregiate. Nel bagno grande è presente una lavatrice, mentre in cucina è presente una lavastoviglie. Nella camera da letto si trova un grande armadio a muro necessario a riporre i propri abiti e tra la camera e la cucina si trova un scrivania utile come postazione di lavoro e studio. L'appartamento è molto luminoso anche durante i mesi freddi con esposizione sia ad Est, sia ad Ovest. Dalla stazione metropolitana Rovereto che si trova proprio sotto casa, si raggiunge il centro città dopo solo quattro fermate.
