This cozy 40 sqm interior apartment is perfect for couples looking for private accommodation away from the crowds. It is located on Via Stadera, in a neighborhood approximately 4km south from the town centre. In this lively area you will find a great range businesses to satisfy your every-day needs, and there is a tram station located two minutes from the apartment from where you can access the historic city centre in about 25 minutes. In this well-equipped flat you will find a modern kitchen, a stylish bathroom and a bedroom which can also be used as the living area.
What we liked the most
- The bathroom has a very luxurious feel, decorated using marble and large mirrors.
- The kitchen is huge and very bright, with a large window overlooking the street. It is fully equipped, including having an oven and a gas stove, and there is also a dining table with four chairs.
- The apartment is very stylish and cheerfully decorated. We love the detail of the multicoloured glass in the sliding doors leading to the bedroom and bathroom, adding to the overall charm and cozy vibe.
- The bedroom can also be used as a living area. There is a double bed which can be turned into a sofa when not in use, creating a comfortable sitting space.
- The apartment is well connected to student centers as Bocconi, SDA, IULM, and IED.
Things to keep in mind
- The bed is a bit smaller than a traditional double bed (140x200).
- There is also a stereo.
- This apartment is 4km from the city centre, however there are good public transport links within a short walk from the apartment.
