Located along Vía Teodosio in the district of Loreto, this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom exterior apartment is full of charm! From the bursts of color to the renovated amenities, the apartment is perfect for students, workers, or couples who want a relaxing space to come home to. Loreto is a lively neighborhood where you can find part of Corso Buenos Aires, a major shopping street, as well as many restaurants. In fact, one of the best pizza restaurants of Milan is located in this neighborhood, so those who like to dine out will appreciate this detail! The apartment is situated less than a 10 minute walk from the train, metro, and tram station Lambrate, so tenants will have no problems accessing other parts of Milan with this luminous 40 m2 flat as a base!
What we liked the most
- The apartment is very luminous. The natural light that enters from the big windows reflect off the floor, creating a very relaxing space for tenants.
- The bathroom is very well-equipped; there is even a towel heater!
- The landlord has taken a lot of care in decorating the apartment simply yet tastefully; there is color in every room which creates a contrast with the white walls.
- The kitchen, though small, has an L-shape and has a big window that tenants can look out from while cooking.
- There are 2 small balconies that face the street where tenants can dry their clothes or have a quick morning coffee.
- The 2 single sofas can be converted into single beds to host overnight guests.
Things to keep in mind
- The bedroom doubles as a living room.
- The kitchen lacks an oven, but it is otherwise well equipped.
