The neighborhoods are mainly residential and its proximity to the city center make it a very popular neighborhood for professionals who prefer to come home to a bit of tranquility. The flat for rent is completely renovated from the flooring to each and every room. As you enter the double doors, you are greeted by the spacious living and dining room and the kitchen. This kitchen, in particular, is impressive: the cabinets and the furnishings are all new and modern, and those who like to cook will be delighted with the top of the line amenities! From the bedroom windows, you can see the tree-lined street below that will soon bloom and fill your view with pleasant green shades! The total area of this property is 45 m2.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is incredibly well-furnished, complete with a dishwasher, which will save tenants a lot of time!
