This is not your typical Milan apartment. Located on Via Privata Costantino e Maria Brighenti, a picturesque street in the pleasant residential neighbourhood of Certosa: this 1 bedroom property feels more like a cozy suburban home rather than a city pad. With a lush garden, a terrace, and plenty of space to move around, this homey flat will allow you to enjoy of a more relaxed lifestyle than if staying in the middle of the city. This location is ideal for those wanting to live within a tranquil residential surrounding while still being only a short public transport ride away from the bustling city centre. This exterior home has a floor area of 55sqm and offers 1 bathroom with a spa bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen and a gorgeous living area with a TV.
What we liked the most
- The living area is bright and colourful, with two bright-red double sofas decorated with multicoloured cushions.
- There is a flat screen TV which can be seen both from the dining table and the sofas.
- On a mezzanine level above the living area there is a study furnished with a desk, a chair and some shelves, which will make a perfect home-office.
- The bedroom is very stylish, furnished with a huge mirror with an antique style golden frame and two animal-print armchairs.
- There is heaps of space to store personal items, with spacious a walk-in storage room located on a mezzanine level above the double bed.
- The terrace can be accessed via both the bedroom and the kitchen and overlooks the lush garden. It is furnished with a table with 4 chairs, making it an ideal space to enjoy of a meal outdoors.
Things to keep in mind
- This apartment is located away from downtown, but you can reach the historical city centre in approximately 30 minutes using public transport.
- Both sofas in the living area can be opened up to create a double bed and a single bed, allowing you to accommodate up to 5 people within this home.
- Only dogs only allowed
- All the wardrobes are locked except one that is available for the tenants
