Not only does the apartment feature a beautiful living room with a piano and cosy sofas - you will also be able to enjoy a fantastic view from its spacious balcony. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals and it benefits from having a dishwasher and a window overlooking the living room. The tenants of this pet-friendly, 90m2 apartment, will be able to use two bathrooms, one equipped with a shower and one with a bath. Both fully furnished rooms also feature calming views of the nearby park and have storage for your belongings.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is pet friendly - you are more than welcome to bring along your furry friends.
- Both rooms are equipped with an air conditioning unit - a very much needed feature in the summer.
- We are absolutely in love with the living room - it features a piano, plenty of cosy sofas and a fantastic ninth floor view from the balcony.
- As bedroom number 2 has its own private bath, the shared bathroom will be available for the tenants of the first bedroom.
- The modern kitchen has plenty of cupboards, along with a dishwasher and a window overlooking the living room, creating plenty of space.
Things to keep in mind
- The railway station is located right next to the apartment, however, as you are located on the ninth floor, you will be able to enjoy its silence.
