Located along Via Lippi, this bright 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is an 8 minute walk from the Politecnico di Milano. As you step into the apartment, you are greeted by the spacious dining and living room, furnished with a large dining table and sofa. This room is connected to the kitchen, where you can also access the balcony which overlooks the garden. Both bedrooms have two single beds put together to create double beds and room 2 has an entrance to the second large balcony. Bedroom 2 also has an ensuite bathroom.
The surrounding neighborhood, Citta Studi, is a student-filled area with a young population due to many universities being located here. It's also residential. With the Milano Centrale station and 2 metro lines within a 15 minute walk, accessing other parts of the city and country will be effortless for tenants of this spacious, 80 m² apartment.
