Ampio e funzionale appartamento situato al secondo piano con ascensore in un contesto silenzioso anche se a due passi da Corso Buenos Aires. L'immobile è composto da un lungo corridoio, cucina abitabile, due camere da letto, il bagno e lo sgabuzzino. Appena entrati, sulla destra, troverete la cucina con tutti gli elettrodomestici essenziali, il tavolo da pranzo, la TV , forno, microonde e tutto il necessario per la vostra permanenza. Proseguendo nel corridoio troverete sulla destra la prima camera da letto, arredata con due letti singoli, due scrivanie, un ampio armadio e l'ingresso sul balcone. Dall'altro lato, invece, si trova la seconda camera molto spaziosa, dove troverete due letti singoli, due scrivanie, armadi, la cassettiera e la TV. Il bagno è completo di sanitari, box doccia e lavatrice. L'appartamento è molto spazioso, accogliente ed è pronto per ospitare fino a quattro persone!
Si informa che lo stabile è attualmente sottoposto ad intervento di ristrutturazione del tetto, i cui lavori vengono svolti dal lunedì al sabato durante le ore diurne, a mezzo di ponteggi.
