Comfortable 1 bedroom apartment, on the second floor with elevator of a ’70’s building in perfect conditions, with concierge service 24/7. Entering in the apartment, the hall leads you to the bedroom and to the living room/kitchen. The living room has a sofa, table and chairs. Modern fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, refrigerator/freezer. The bedroom is large, bright and comfortable, it has a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. Door/window to reach the nice balcony facing the beautiful peaceful garden of the courtyard. The bathroom has the shower, the bidet, the washing machine and a window. High speed internet connection.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
