I believe your stressful search for a good apartment in Milan has come to an end 🎉 You’ve just found a modern and comfortable apartment, in a great location. It’s on the first floor, facing the street and the inner courtyard, of a nice typical “ringhiera” building. Entering in the apartment there is the hall, the modern bathroom with a large shower, bidet and a window. Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, table and 2 foot stools. The aisle leads you the bright and airy beautiful modern living room, with 2 windows, the TV, a 6 persons table with a design floor lamp, a white leather couch, a stylish leather pouf, used as side table of the couch. The bookcase will be free for your books! From another aisle, you can go to the dreamy bedroom with a queen size bed, drawers and a large wardrobe. Portable AC, in addition to a fan on the ceiling in the living room and another fan in the bedroom. The street is quite busy, but keeping the windows closed, the apartments stays quiet. The apartment is bright and it has all the comforts. High speed internet connection and safety box.

Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
