Completely renovated in November 2022. Very modern and functional fine quality design. Amazing wooden floor and custom made furnitures. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a ‘900 building with elevator. The facade has been renovated in October 2022. Entering in the apartment, on the right, there is a modern fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigeratore/freezer, electric and microwaves ovens, the dishwasher, the washing machine/dryer. In front of the kitchen there is a structure (in Italian we call it “island”) with the induction plates and the sink you, can use it as a table with 2 foot stools. In the living room there are a couch with electrical chaise longue, a 6 persons table with chairs, a furniture for the TV. The living room has 2 windows, so it’s really bright. The large bedroom is very modern as well, it has a double bed with container and a spacious walk-in closet. The modern bathroom has a large shower, the bidet and the window. Mosquito nets in all the windows. High speed internet connection and AC.
