Just going out from the building, you can start to enjoy a nice walk with cool shops and having a coffee in the nice bars of the neighborhood. Typical restaurants, art galleries, gyms, a park for running, an Auditorium for classical music concerts and opera, a club, banks and many other shops and services are walking distance. Bocconi and NABA Universities are 5 minutes walking. IULM and Cattolica are very close as well. You can easily reach also Marangoni in max 20 minutes by public transports. Porta Genova metro station is 15 minutes walking or 5 minutes by tram.

Recently renovated, modern design, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and a unique terrace 💫 Very comfortable, bright and quiet. Wasn’t it your dream? 🤩 The apartment is on the first floor of a just totally renovated building, with elevator, and it’s facing the inner quiet modern courtyard. Entering in the apartment, from the hall, on the right, there is the modern fully equipped kitchen, with gas hob, electric and microwave ovens, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and a wine cellar. From the corridor, on the left, there is the smaller bathroom with shower and a storage room. The corridor leads you to the airy and bright living room, with a comfortable sofa, the TV and the dining area, with table and chairs. All the doors-windows of the apartment are connected to the peaceful amazing terrace. The terrace is very spacious, it has a large sofa and a table to fully enjoy your time open air. On the other side of the living room, the corridor leads you to the bedrooms and the main bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed and a huge wardrobe. The other bedroom has 2 single beds joined as a double bed. The wardrobe is in front of the door, in the corridor. The main bathroom has a bathtub, the washing machine and the window. AC in each room and High speed internet connection.
