Modern one-bedroom apartment of about 60 square meters recently renovated located on the second floor of a beautiful building, overlooking an inner courtyard and therefore very quiet. Characterizing the apartment warm nomadic-inspired details, it consists of a living area with open kitchen, dining table, living area with single sofa bed, double bedroom, walk-in closet and bathroom with shower stall. The apartment is located in the Sarpi-Arena neighborhood, which, while retaining its traditional flavor, has become the new, multiethnic and vibrant Chinatown district. Well served by public transportation, it is a 10-minute walk from the Jerusalem stop on the M5-Lilla line and a few minutes from Milan’s Civic Arena and Sempione Park, the city’s green lung. Energy Class: E – 163.72 kWh/m2 year.
